All students are required to have completed twenty-five (25) hours in the classroom and ten (10)hours in-car instruction within one year of attending their first classroom date with High School Driving Academy Limited.

Parents or guardians must give consent to students to participate in the driver education program. The students are adequately covered by insurance through High School Driving Academy Limited and you will not hold HSDA or the instructors responsible in the case of accident(s).

All medical and other factors that could prevent this student from performing the tasks required to drive safely should be confidentially registered with High School Driving Academy Limited.
